(Mystical sitar music) - Sat, nam.

Welcome to day 29.

We are almost there.

We've done such a great job and I'm sure.

By now you feel really good.

We continue with the liver, and the liver is responsible for detoxifying the body, eliminating all the garbage.

We accumulate with our amazing lifestyle.

So, let's go within.

This pretty specifically, is a master class for the liver and, if you keep doing this and you notice that your liver is in a place where you want to spend a bit more time, just do this video for a few days and you will feel really good.

So, let's begin, let's tune in.

Rub the hands, together.

Place them at the sternum.

Inhale to begin.

♪ Ong, namo, guru, dev namo, ♪, ♪, Ong, namo, guru, dev namo, ♪, ♪, Ong, namo, guru, dev, namo, ♪ Inhale, hold the breath in.

Exhale, and let's begin.

Come lying down on the left.

And we're gonna place our head in the palm of the left.

We're gonna raise our right leg up and with the two fingers and the thumb we're gonna hold onto the big toe.

If we can.

If, that's too much hold wherever you can hold to the leg as long as you get that proper stretch.

And we're gonna, do breath of fire.

(acoustic music in foreign language), Keep, breathing straight into the tummy, massaging the bandha.

(acoustic music in foreign language) Keep going.

(acoustic music in foreign language) Inhale, hold up.

Let go.

Now come on your back and we're gonna do half a wheel, whatever that means for you.

For some.

It might be this.

For some, it might up on their heads.

And for some it might slightly like this, or even up entirely.

Up to you.

We're gonna, breathe in through the nose now.

Then through the mouth, in and out.

Keep going, nose to mouth.

(acoustic music in foreign language) And float.

Immediately come into lying again onto your left, side, nestling in the head in your palm, raising up the right leg, holding with your fingers.

We will begin breath of fire again.

(acoustic music in foreign language), Inhale.

Bring, the leg down.

And, we're gonna come up and for the next one, we're gonna bring the legs wide.

So make sure the toes are facing forward.

So there is this nice brake and you're, not gonna slide.

And, we're gonna come forward and our hands are gonna go in between and as far back as you can reach.

So it depends how far you can bend forward and roll back.

And we're gonna breathe through the mouth in a rolled tongue with a breath of fire.

Let's give it a try.

Come down as far as you can go.

Roll the tongue and let's do breath of fire.

(acoustic music in foreign, language), Inhale, and now slowly come up.

Bring your feet: together.

Take, a few breaths in here.

And, we're down on the left side, again.

Nesting, the head into the palm, holding the right foot again.

This time we're gonna, do breath of fire with cannon breath.

(acoustic music in foreign language) Inhale.

Exhale, relax the leg, down.

So, the next one is a little fun.

You can do it, you're, a superstar; I'm struggling.

So from here, we're going to come up without touching the ground and sit down.

Inhale, come up., And, down., And, up again., Keep, going., (slow, mystical, music), It's, okay to be wobbly, and that means you get up and down without touching the ground with your hands, you are great.

Last one.

(grunts in foreign language), Inhale, up.

Exhale, stay up.

Place your hands on your waist.

Feet are slightly wider than your hip.

We're gonna do rotation at the waist.

Inhale, forward.

Exhale, back.

This is known as the master, liver, cleanse., It's normal.

If you get dizzy.

It's because we're throwing out a lot of toxins.

And just sit down and relax and then resume when ready.

(slow, mystical, music) Reverse.

Come to the center.

It is very normal feeling.

I'm actually feeling this right.

It's a good sign about the liver feeling, state.

And it means.

If you're, not feeling well, that the liver needs.

Come lying down into a full relaxation, now.

It's important to allow the body to absorb all this.

You worked very hard, and now you need to rest.

Long, deep inhales and exhales.

The way for all the various parts of the chest.

(peaceful music) And.

Slowly come back to the body, wriggling toes and fingers, rotating wrists and ankles, and the other side.

And hug your knees to the chest, go left and right, and up and down.

And come sitting.

The chin, up.

And, be mindful with your body.

When we eliminate toxins, we also eliminate emotional weight.

It's normal.

If you feel sad or ecstatic or any emotions, that's coming up.

Just notice, it, acknowledge it, and let it be.

Let's rub the hands together for tune-out.

♪ Sat nam, ♪ ♪, Sat nam, ♪ ♪, Sat nam, ♪ Sat, nam.

This is a very deep practice on the liver.

Again, make sure you drink plenty of water.

If you feel dizzy, lay down.

It is normal.

It just indicates we need to pay a little bit more attention and if you feel good, then well, done.

Let's get going.

I'll see you tomorrow.

Sat nam.
