Welcome to Day 29 of the 40-Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! We are almost through the challenge! Today we will focus on the liver, which is our primary organ of detoxification. This kriya is a master class for the liver. This is a kriya that you can do repeatedly any time you feel that your body and mind can use a little "clean-up."

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo - the "Adi Mantra", I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within
Sat Nam - truth is my identity. This mantra reinforces the divine consciousness in everyone. It is used as a greeting as well as the mantra for Kundalini Yoga exercises, inhaling Sat (truth), exhaling Nam (name, identity).

Welcome to day 29.
We are almost there.
We've done such a great job and I'm sure.
By now you feel really good.
We continue with the liver, and the liver is responsible for detoxifying the body, eliminating all the garbage.
We accumulate with our amazing lifestyle.
So, let's go within.
This pretty specifically, is a master class for the liver and, if you keep doing this and you notice that your liver is in a place where you want to spend a bit more time, just do this video for a few days and you will feel really good.
So, let's begin, let's tune in.
Rub the hands, together.
Place them at the sternum.
Inhale to begin.
♪ Ong, namo, guru, dev namo, ♪, ♪, Ong, namo, guru, dev namo, ♪, ♪, Ong, namo, guru, dev, namo, ♪ Inhale, hold the breath in.
Exhale, and let's begin.
Come lying down on the left.
And we're gonna place our head in the palm of the left.
We're gonna raise our right leg up and with the two fingers and the thumb we're gonna hold onto the big toe.

Immediately come into lying again onto your left, side, nestling in the head in your palm, raising up the right leg, holding with your fingers.
We will begin breath of fire again.

Bring, the leg down.
And, we're gonna come up and for the next one, we're gonna bring the legs wide.
So make sure the toes are facing forward.
So there is this nice brake and you're, not gonna slide.
And, we're gonna come forward and our hands are gonna go in between and as far back as you can reach.
So it depends how far you can bend forward and roll back.
And we're gonna breathe through the mouth in a rolled tongue with a breath of fire.
Let's give it a try.
Come down as far as you can go.
Roll the tongue and let's do breath of fire.
(acoustic music in foreign, language), Inhale, and now slowly come up.
Bring your feet: together.
Take, a few breaths in here.
And, we're down on the left side, again.
Nesting, the head into the palm, holding the right foot again.
This time we're gonna, do breath of fire with cannon breath.

Exhale, relax the leg, down.
So, the next one is a little fun.
You can do it, you're, a superstar; I'm struggling.
So from here, we're going to come up without touching the ground and sit down.
Inhale, come up., And, down., And, up again., Keep, going., (slow, mystical, music), It's, okay to be wobbly, and that means you get up and down without touching the ground with your hands, you are great.

Place your hands on your waist.
Feet are slightly wider than your hip.
We're gonna do rotation at the waist.
This is known as the master, liver, cleanse., It's normal.
If you get dizzy.
It's because we're throwing out a lot of toxins.
And just sit down and relax and then resume when ready.

Come to the center.
It is very normal feeling.

It's a good sign about the liver feeling, state.

If you're, not feeling well, that the liver needs.
Come lying down into a full relaxation, now.
