@tdstelecom once again, my internet is down in Fort Collins CO. This is LITERALLY a weekly occurance and I’ve had to call 20+ times due to outages since I signed in September. Really awful service, especially w the need to work from home now. So frustrating.

Damn, @tdstelecom really isn’t helping their case here. Internet is down for the second time in a week. What’s the issue this time? Some Comcast equipment catch on fire again? (Seeing as how that’s what caused the last outage)

I wish I could change my service to @Xfinity or @tdstelecom but I am stuck with terrible @HughesNet I am so mad I signed up with them, worst internet around.

@nathan_fortner @tdstelecom @ViasatInternet Huh... Wonder if that means my folks can finally get internet... After TDS dropped dialup a few years back (surprisingly recently), they simply haven't been able to get anything... No clear view of the sky, so no satellite, no cell signal, no cable, too far for DSL, etc.

@tdstelecom pushes you into paperless billing but can't get online account management to work properly. Calls for billing help result in many HOURS of waiting and being shifted from one operator to another. Avoid! - good tech - terrible customer service.
