@VZWSupport How bout allowing a system to easily change the day someone pays their bill without having your customer service people having to do math to figure out how to get the bill period just right so the bill is due on a certain day.

I called back & the guy I got in Verizon's retention dept was awesome & apologized for her behavior, also submitted a coaching email to his sup. I don't know what became of her but she was something else.

@VZWSupport 7 hours later and Verizon fraud department still hasn’t contacted me. I guess Verizon really doesn’t care about it’s customers when it comes down to being proactive about service.

Would just like to say a big thank you to the rep in the loyalty department @VZWSupport for helping us save some money on our plan. We've been customers since the Alltel days and will continue to be loyal customers. You cannot beat Verizon's network!

My wife NEVER had an account with Verizon. Everyone we spoke to at Verizon CS and Fraud department hasn’t lifted a ******* finger to actually help resolve this issue. We are at the end of our patience, it’s been going on for a year now. We have taken every step that was asked.

@Timcast I’m trying to buy a house and Verizon still won’t remove the $180 fraudulent claim on my wife's credit report. When is @hansvestberg going to straighten out this mess? Obviously no one at his company has the authority to solve uncommon problems for customers and we are forsaken.

@JaniceRubbo @JohnLegere @verizon @TMobile Janice, we feel your pain. 2 voice lines (1 being on an EIP) and 1 connected device line with Verizon was over $350/mo. They push auto-pay; however, our bill was never the same m2m so we turned that off. We have a Tmo acc but using Xfinity Mobile now until Tmo has coverage here.

@Verizon you turned my phone off in January as I was going through a family loss. I’ve paid over $450 to you trying to catch up and still won’t return service and can’t call in and talk to someone!!! Seriously I can’t schedule doctor appointments. Can’t call my family.

@VerizonSupport The email I was sent asking me to update info, which I did, never brought me to auto-pay update and nothing on account page, wallet, or billing info mentions auto-pay. Stop hiding basic functions to screw people over.. I went over it 4 times on the phone and they deny it.
