@CenturyLinkHelp Not yet, still no call, my centurylink still says 1/26/22, for an appointment that was scheduled for 12/2/21, so until someone actually shows up I don't want any ticket closed out, I want my service installed

@CenturyLinkHelp No. You can trust (but verify) my observation that you are currently having a problem in your network or had a problem this morning.I've been stuck on 6.0/0.5Mbps DSL for 8 years. Your leadership certainly doesn't give a ****. Hopefully your network engineers do.
